Location: New York
A well-established, globally respected investment firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Recruiting function in New York.
This role sits within a performance-driven, detail-oriented environment where precision and discretion are essential. This role is 3 days onsite, 2 days remote and offers a competitive compensation package and amazing benefits!
Responsibilities- Coordinate complex, multi-round interviews across multiple time zones
- Manage dynamic calendars for recruiters and senior stakeholders
- Serve as the central liaison for candidates, interviewers, and external search firms
- Oversee logistics across all phases of the hiring process
- Support recruiting leadership with meeting coordination and travel
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all candidate and employee matters
- Prepare and reconcile recruiting-related expenses
- 4–7+ years supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced Executive Search firm industry or environment
- Demonstrated expertise managing high-volume scheduling with precision
- Strong written communication skills and professional presence
- Sound judgment and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred
