Location: New York
Our client is a growing fintech firm located in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in managing benefit programs to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional employee experience.
- Experience in immigration law and policies
- Work closely with senior leadership and compliance on leave policies
- Assist with plan renewals, open enrollment processes, and related system updates.
- Respond to benefits-related inquiries from global employees, delivering accurate and timely information.
- Support benefits aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
- Create and maintain process documentation for all benefit-related workflows.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of benefits experience
- Must have immigration experience**
- Experience working at a Financial, Technology, or Fintech firm
- Global experience is a plus
The annual base salary range is $80k to $100k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
