We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at our New York Headquarters. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent while providing expertise on employment visa processes, including J-1 and H-1B visas.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Provide guidance and support on employment visa processes (e.g., J-1, H-1B), including document preparation and compliance.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, and professional platforms.
• Organize and conduct onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize hiring processes.
• Stay updated on labor market trends and immigration policies to ensure compliance and strategic advantage.
• Establish and maintain relationships with U.S.
  
  -based branch offices of Korean companies (지상사) to enhance collaboration and service offerings.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients or partners.
• Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in counseling K-Move applicants or preparing proposals for K-Move programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must speak Korean Language.
• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of employment visa processes (e.g., J-1, H-1B, E-2, TN visa).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment best practices in the U.S.

• Experience in the same or a related industry is preferred.
• HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
• Prior experience in an HR role within a multicultural or international business setting.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Candidates currently in the U.S. on OPT or seeking J-1 visa transfer are encouraged to apply.
