Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Talent Manager
Overview
A global investment firm is seeking an experienced HR professional to support core people operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams and is well-suited for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working with sensitive information in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of workforce data to inform reporting, audits, and internal initiatives
- Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including documentation, system updates, and coordination related to transfers and separations
- Serve as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries, including employment verification and payroll-related questions
- Partner with Finance on headcount tracking and reporting, including open roles and ongoing workforce planning needs
- Prepare data and materials in support of talent-related processes, including performance, promotion, and development initiatives
- Provide project support to HR leadership and Business Partners across a range of operational and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with external partners on immigration-related matters
- Offer administrative and logistical support to recruiting leadership, including interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and responding to benefits-related questions
- 3+ years of relevant experience within HR, people operations, or a related function; financial services or corporate environment preferred
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a self-starter mindset
- Comfortable operating in a small, collaborative team environment with broad responsibility
- Global mindset with the ability to partner effectively across regions
- 130k – 150k Total Compensation (Depending On Experience)
