• Build and manage a 360 desk within Financial Services
• Identify and engage high-caliber candidates across specialist verticals
• Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships
• Win new business and expand existing accounts
• Collaborate with colleagues on shared searches and market strategy
• Track market trends and convert insight into commercial opportunities

• 1-2 years’ recruitment experience
• Proven success against revenue and activity targets
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• High personal ambition and a desire to build something long-term
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
