TurnPoint Search is partnering with a leading global investment and technology firm to hire a detail-oriented and driven individual to join its Recruiting team as a Lead Recruiting Coordinator. This is an opportunity to work closely with recruitment professionals, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support the firm’s dynamic talent acquisition efforts. The position blends hands-on coordination responsibilities with team leadership, offering the opportunity to mentor others while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Oversee and execute candidate scheduling and coordinate end-to-end interview logistics.
- Manage and support a small team of recruiting coordinators, providing training, guidance, and regular feedback.
- Collaborate with recruiters and recruitment leadership to ensure efficient processes and exceptional candidate experiences.
- Play an active role in onboarding and developing new team members.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of professional experience, ideally within a recruiting, people operations, or talent acquisition setting.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or related role is strongly preferred.
- Experience mentoring or managing others is a plus.
This position pays a base salary range of $110,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level, along with the potential for a discretionary bonus.
