Job DescriptionJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced Specialist Talent Management to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing integrated talent management processes and frameworks to support organizational growth and development. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of talent management, including assessment and development frameworks, talent processes deployment, succession planning, talent analytics, talent IT systems, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for collaborating with HR and Talent Management Specialists in assessing, developing, and deploying methods and framework design relevant to current business and talent needs.
- You will work with HRBPs to resolve BU (Business Unit) specific talent challenges and drive harmonization of people-related processes and frameworks to ensure uniformity in talent approach.
- You will collaborate with HR Teams in the timely implementation of succession planning exercises for pivotal roles, identifying succession risk areas, communicating them to relevant stakeholders, and actively working towards mitigating these risks.
- You will also be responsible for tracking succession readiness and progress of actions through metrics and dashboards, and analyzing talent trends across the organization, such as High-Potential availability, pipeline, and diversity.
- You will discuss the ongoing talent panels with the leadership, including meetings with the Management Committee and the Board.
- You will work to increase internal mobility, cross-functional movements including planning, designing and executing growth bridges, roles movements through expat/repat and skill-based progressions
- You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop relevant Talent interventions based on insights.
- Additionally, you will closely work with the HR IT team and external partners to deploy organization-wide talent/capability processes through suitable IT platforms.
