Associate, Talent Acquisition

Overview

We are partnering with one of our clients to find an addition to their TA team. Candidates MUST have experience recruiting for talent in the investment management/asset management/wealth management space. The role requires a passion for stakeholder management, high quality client service and a high-touch candidate experience.

Compensation is dependent on the level of experience, with a base range between $130,000 and $200,000. The position can be located in either New York or San Francisco and is 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH.

• Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to define needs, tailor recruitment strategies, and drive the end-to-end hiring process.
• Sourcing, engaging and assessing appropriate talent.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to refine recruiting strategies and enhance hiring outcomes.
• Be a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and a collaborative member of the TA team.

• At least 5 years' recruiting experience in financial services.
• Expertise in sourcing candidates using multiple platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
