Human Resources Associate

We are partnered with a financial services company in Manhattan seeking a Temporary Human Resources Associate to support key HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business area managers and employees to provide HR-related services and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while mitigating legal risks.
• Support staffing and recruitment efforts, including job description updates and hiring processes.
• Provide performance management support, including coaching, career development, and promotion nominations.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, data entry, and coordination of department events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
