Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

The Compensation & Recruiting Associate will provide critical support across two key HR functions: compensation and talent acquisition. This hybrid role is designed for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can balance analytical work with proactive recruiting efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Recruiting & Compensation, this person will assist in administering compensation programs while also sourcing and engaging candidates for open positions.

Compensation

  • Maintain the job description library, collaborating with managers and teams to update and improve descriptions.
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze results to assess internal and external competitiveness.
  • Assist in pricing new jobs and preparing compensation proposals using survey data and job evaluations.
  • Support compensation processes including annual planning, merit and bonus cycles, recognition programs, and pay equity reviews.
  • Maintain salary ranges and pay structures; assist in exemption status evaluations.
  • Administer incentive programs by reviewing requests, documenting design, tracking budgets, and processing results.
  • Generate ad hoc compensation reports to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with HRIS to ensure timely and accurate processing of pay changes, promotions, transfers, and bonuses.
  • Maintain and update the organizational chart.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates across a variety of channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and ensure positive candidate engagement.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with open requisitions and business priorities.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on pipeline health and progress.
