Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Human Resources Assistant for a well-established, luxury hotel brand. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity (4–5 months) working with a collaborative and supportive team!
POSITION OVERVIEWThis role supports day-to-day human resources operations while serving as a key point of contact for employee questions and administrative needs. The Human Resources Assistant partners closely with HR leadership to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate records, and responsive employee support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, including calendar coordination and document management
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a welcoming and organized employee experience
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across digital and physical systems
- Support benefits administration, payroll data collection, and employee inquiries
- Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking
- Help track training completion, compliance documentation, and HR reporting needs
- Experience supporting HR, operations, or administrative functions in a professional environment
- Clear, respectful communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Workday ideal!
- Comfort working with databases, HR systems, or learning new tools
This temporary, full-time opportunity offers an hourly pay range of $30–$35, commensurate with experience, for a 4–5 month assignment. The role provides consistent hours, meaningful HR exposure, and the chance to contribute to a supportive, team-oriented workplace. Additional benefits may be available during the assignment or if converted, depending on client policy.
