Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is an international leader in the cyber-security insurance industry. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the team in New York City
.

The position is hybrid – 3 days on-site & 2 remote. The firm offers excellent benefits and unique wellness perks!

• Lead the HR function for the New York branch of the company and report to the international Head of HR
• Act as an employee resource for HR questions on policies, benefits, and more
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve issues as needed
• Oversee performance management and review process
• Provide support for company DEI initiatives and implement best practices
• Ensure total compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and statutes
• Salary: $150-180k annually, based on experience – plus bonus!

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years’ Human Resources leadership experience
• Previous Fin Tech or Financial Services industry experience, highly preferred
• Comfortable partnering with all levels of executives and employees
• Deep working knowledge of labor laws and regulations
