Position: Staff Recruiter, Executive Search
Location: New York

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Recruiter Executive Search to join the team of a leader in the Media space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Media space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Location:

New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $182,750 – $215,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end executive and senior-level searches, managing all aspects from role scoping to candidate closure
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define roles and design effective hiring strategies
  • Create structured search plans to identify and resolve bottlenecks early
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality senior talent
  • Utilize data for decision-making, setting expectations and refining approaches as needed
  • Enhance hiring quality and help teams define what 'great' looks like in candidates
  • Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the search process
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech-enabled environments
  • Expertise in recruiting for senior, director, and VP-level positions
  • Experience in executive or senior technical recruiting across various fields
  • Strong ability to influence decisions using data and market insights
  • Proficient in untangling ambiguous searches and creating structured search plans
  • Skilled in multi-channel sourcing and senior talent pipeline building
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to engage with high-level executives
