Overview
Mission Staffing’s Temporary & Consulting Financial Services Division is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team in New York City.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong academic background and a sales-oriented mindset who are interested in building a long-term career in recruiting within financial services.
Responsibilities- Source and screen candidates for temporary and consulting roles within financial services
- Conduct outreach via Linked In, job boards, and internal databases
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity
- Partner with senior recruiters as part of a structured training program
- Start in a formal sourcing program
- Develop core recruiting and market-facing skills
- Transition into a full-cycle recruiting role within 6–12 months based on performance
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
- Strong internship experience required
- Background in finance, sales, business, or related fields
- Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
