Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm is seeking a Recruiter.
Job OverviewThe Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment while partnering closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent solutions. This role combines hands-on recruiting execution with strategic advisory, data-driven decision-making, and a strong focus on candidate experience in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, pipeline development, and offer negotiation
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness
- Educate and influence hiring leaders on best practices in talent acquisition
- Mentor and support junior team members to drive team success and development
- Provide strategic recruiting guidance using market data and talent intelligence
- Enhance recruitment metrics through talent analytics, with focus on internal mobility and global hiring initiatives
- Develop and implement candidate experience strategies that strengthen employer brand reputation
- Partner effectively with peers and leadership to drive successful hiring outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners across the Americas
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader talent strategies
- Ensure compliance with global policies related to immigration, relocation, and offers
- Coordinate efficiently with internal teams such as Rewards and Legal
- Stay current on industry trends and maintain strong business acumen
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Represent the organization at recruiting events, job fairs, and networking initiatives
- Engage external recruitment agencies within an established governance framework
- 2–5 years of corporate recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally within ratings agencies, financial services, and/or credit-focused roles
- Proficiency with ATS and HR systems;
Workday experience preferred - Experience working in regulated, process-driven environments while remaining adaptable to change
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set expectations and build trust
- Advanced sourcing expertise, including proactive outreach to external talent
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to support quick, data-informed decision-making
- Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates and internal partners
- Effective networking capabilities to build and maintain talent pipelines
- Comfort collaborating and making decisions with incomplete or evolving information
- Experience supporting global or multi-region talent acquisition efforts
- Strong industry knowledge and market awareness
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Data and analytics skills to inform recruiting strategy and performance
