Executive Recruiter – Professional Services (Temp/Contract)

Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Compensation:

• Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 (monthly draw, DOE)
• Unlimited commission potential

Ascendo Resources is seeking a driven, high‑performing Executive Recruiter to join our Professional Services (Temp/Contract) division in NYC. This role is ideal for a true producer — someone who thrives on closing deals, building long‑term client relationships, and taking ownership of a growing book of business. • Own your market: Prospect, pitch, and close new client business across multiple industries
• Full‑desk execution: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for temporary, contract, and executive search roles
• Client advisory: Act as a trusted partner delivering strategic staffing solutions
• Talent delivery: Source, interview, and place top talent across Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR, Administrative, Operations, and related functions

• 2+ years of full‑desk staffing experience with proven placements and revenue results
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of business development and deal closure
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate management skills
• Grit, accountability, and a results‑driven mindset required
