What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Source top-tier candidates using job boards, Linked In, and creative search strategies
  • Craft thoughtful outreach messages to attract and engage talent
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess alignment with client needs
  • Coordinate interviews and meetings between clients and candidates
  • Manage applicant flow via various ATS and CRM platforms
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience at every step
  • Build and manage your own book of business – both candidates and clients
  • Offer strategic hiring insight to clients based on market trends
  • Track your activities and progress through internal systems

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or business development
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality, high energy, and a strong desire to win
  • A creative mindset and ability to think on your feet
