Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant

The Role
We're seeking an ambitious and proven Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work with prestigious clients, develop your career in a meritocratic environment, and achieve significant financial rewards through our industry-leading commission structure.
You'll manage the full 360-degree recruitment process, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates whilst contributing to the continued success of our business.
Business Development:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through proactive BD activity including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR decision-makers within your specialism
- Develop deep market knowledge and position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients
Candidate Management:
- Source, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels including headhunting, job boards, Linked In, and referrals
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement through to offer acceptance and beyond
Delivery & Account Management:
- Work consultatively with clients to understand their hiring needs and business challenges
- Manage job briefs, create compelling job advertisements, and deliver shortlists of qualified candidates
- Negotiate offers and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Build long-term partnerships with clients to become their recruitment partner of choice
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment agency
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and commercially focused
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
