We’re looking for a driven, people-first Recruitment Administrator to partner with the Bronx District Sales Manager and help us grow our direct sales team in the Bronx. • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for entry-level direct sales roles
• Partner with the District Sales Manager to align on hiring needs
• Run onboarding — setting new hires up for success from Day 1
• Greet and support candidates and visitors; keep the office organized and energized
• Champion the candidate experience while managing a high-volume pipeline
• Maintain and track HR records, especially around promotions and “dream overs” (our term for internal career moves)
• Ensure compliance documentation is complete and up to date
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

• Recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (direct sales recruitment experience strongly preferred)
• A strong communicator who leads with empathy, clarity, and confidence
• Curious and people-focused — you ask great questions and personalize your approach
• A problem-solver with hustle, heart, and a strong work ethic
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ATS/CRM systems

Salary $50,000/year (Based on experience). Commission, bonuses, plus benefits PTOs and Health Stipend
