Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Experience Level: Experienced (2+ years in agency recruitment)
We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Recruitment Consultant to join our Underwriting team. In this role, you'll focus exclusively on the candidate and delivery side of recruitment, managing multiple live positions simultaneously whilst working closely with full desk/client consultants who will secure the client relationships to partner with.

Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Engagement- Source high-caliber candidates through headhunting, referrals, Linked In and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates within your specialism
- Proactively engage with market talent to understand their career aspirations and motivations
- Develop a strong personal brand within your candidate community
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career motivations
- Prepare candidates for client interviews with detailed briefings and coaching
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build long-term relationships to create advocates and repeat placements
- Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously
- Participate in intake meetings with clients and account managers to fully understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
- Create and deliver high-quality, tailored shortlists to clients within agreed time frames
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate feedback loops
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer-to-onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM/ATS system
- Track candidate activity, interview outcomes, and placement metrics
- Work collaboratively with account managers to ensure seamless client experience
- Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting meetings
- Minimum 2 years' experience in candidate sourcing within an agency environment
- Experience recruiting for direct-hire positions within a specialist field, ideally professional services
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong candidate attraction and engagement skills
