Biz Tek People is seeking an experienced recruiter with a strong background in the financial services sector for our client in New York, NY!

Title:

Talent Acquisition Execution Analyst!

You will be supporting a full life cycle recruiter within the Markets Division
, helping to identify and engage top talent across a diverse slate of professionals. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment process by building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment of Fixed Income and Equity Markets professionals through close collaboration with senior recruiters.
  • Source passive candidates through industry networking events, social media, and various recruiting tools.
  • Utilize social media, event management, job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offer terms, and provide consistent updates to all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with HR business partners, legal teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles to shorten future hiring cycles.
  • Maintain and update job requisitions and applicant tracking systems to generate progress reports and other key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • industry, preferably in Fixed Income or Equities; agency experience preferred.
  • Ability to execute tasks with minimal information and make independent decisions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and senior management.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and other recruiting-related applications.
