Payroll Specialist – Hybrid Opportunity in NYC
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

• Process and validate biweekly payroll for a large, multi-site workforce.
• Review and reconcile timecards; resolve missed punches and discrepancies.
• Manage payroll edits, garnishments, deductions, and special payments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues and support audits.

• 5+ years of payroll experience with large-scale or multi-site organizations.
• Proficiency in payroll systems (Paycom experience a plus) and strong Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance and best practices
