Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll own both sides of the recruitment process—working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs while identifying and advising top candidates in niche markets. This is a fast‑paced, commercial role that combines sales, strategy, and relationship‑building.

• Identify, source, and interview highly skilled professionals
• Build strong relationships with candidates across your market
• Guide candidates from initial outreach through offer negotiation and placement

• Build, grow, and maintain relationships with clients in your niche sector
• Understand client hiring goals and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Provide market insights around talent availability, salaries, and competitive trends
• Prospect and engage new clients through strategic outreach
• Pitch Phaidon's services and generate new business opportunities
• Work toward revenue, placement, and activity KPIs

• Become a specialist within a specific market (e.g., Life Sciences, Financial Services, Legal, Infrastructure)
• Monitor market trends and talent movements to strengthen your knowledge

• Strong interest in sales, recruitment, or a client‑facing role
• Resilient, driven, and motivated by targets and performance
• A competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships

• $55,000 base salary + unlimited commission (75k-85k average 1st year OTE)
