This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who thrives on organisation, pace, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

• Owning interview scheduling across multiple roles and stakeholders
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Coordinating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership
• Managing interview logistics (calendars, tools, feedback loops)
• Helping improve recruiting processes as the company scales
• Supporting ad-hoc projects across Talent & People as needed

• Experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Coordinator, or similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
• Confidence working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
• Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with the team
• 1-3 years of experience in a VC-backed company or Financial Services Talent role.
