The RoleAs a Global HR Business Partner at Kyndryl, you will focus on strategic HR Leadership collaborating with HR Leaders and line management to enable impactful talent management initiatives across multiple countries. This role supports the HR organisation within Enterprise, Shared Services, with c. 1,150 Kyndryls in 53 countries. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advice and counsel on initiatives such as workforce optimization and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR challenges.
By partnering with HR Centers of Excellence and Country HR Leaders, you will deploy and execute HR programs designed to enhance learning and upskilling capabilities, recognize and reward achievements, and foster an engaged and healthy global workforce. Your role will be crucial in aligning workforce development and productivity with business goals to support continued and expansive growth objectives. This role supports the HR organization within Enterprise Shared Services, supporting c.1,150 Kyndryls across 53 countries.
Yourprimary responsibilities
- Owns people strategy for global area of responsibility and partners with the country HR teams and COEs to facilitate execution.
- Partners and collaborates with the CHRO and HR leadership teams to develop and deliver HR solutions that proactively support business strategy, results and employee engagement.
- Provides advice & counsel to HR COEs on multiple global initiatives including talent, learning, diversity, strategic workforce planning, total rewards etc.
- Provides expert guidance & advice based on best practice employed across multiple counties, to stakeholders on complex HR issues.
- Drives a robust operating system across the global HR operating model to deliver proactive HR support to all stakeholders, in line with business objectives.
- Collaborates with Country HR Partners/COEs, providing functional direction and drives execution of agreed upon actions (such as compensation, performance management, talent review, and workforce diversity)

Tobe successful in the role you will have the following required skills and experience
- A proven HR business partner with experience supporting executive leaders: balances vision, drive for results, a learning orientation and employee outcomes across complex teams.
- Broad HR background including compensation, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- A proven track record of success supporting global teams, ideally having worked in a technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing people data, gain insights and make strategic recommendations to support broader talent strategy
- Demonstrated experience in highly matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated ability to present to all levels within an organization
- Demonstrated ability to build authentic relationships and garner influence as a key thought partner. Influences executive teams to leverage HR programs and initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to balance strategic with tactical, hands-on work.
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $150,720 to $286,200 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

$180,720 to $343,560
California (All Other): $165,720 to $314,880
Colorado: $150,720 to $286,200
Massachusetts: $150,720 to $314,880
New York City: $180,720 to $343,560
