Payroll and Benefits Specialist

Overview

Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their Human Resources team. This role will play a critical part in managing payroll operations, benefits administration, and HRIS optimization. The ideal candidate brings a strong payroll and benefits foundation, analytical problem-solving skills, and experience operating in a fast-paced financial services environment. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, required.
• 3+ years of payroll, benefits, and HRIS experience, required.
• Experience in financial services, strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS/Payroll systems (Workday, ADP, UKG preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with sensitive information.

The salary for this position is $100,000-$125,000/year. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
