Position Summary

G-III Apparel Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the VP of Talent and internal recruitment team. This role plays a critical part in the end-to-end hiring process, providing administrative and operational recruiting support while delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This position will also provide direct support to the annual Summer Internship Program, assisting with candidate coordination, onboarding logistics, and program administration.

Responsibilities Recruiting Operations & Administrative Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Talent and internal recruitment team.
  • Post job openings and manage requisitions within the ATS (ADP Lyric).
  • Screen resumes and assist with candidate shortlisting as needed.
  • Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and manage complex calendars.
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers at all levels throughout the hiring process.
Offer & Hiring Process Support
  • Draft and prepare offer letters, confidentiality agreements, and hiring documentation.
  • Initiate new hire paperwork processes and ensure all required approvals are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference checks in accordance with company policies.
Onboarding & Orientation Coordination
  • Create and schedule onboarding agendas for new hires as needed.
  • Send company-wide new hire announcements and coordinate New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Support seamless onboarding experiences for incoming employees.
Intern Program Support
  • Assist with recruitment, coordination, and onboarding of the Summer Intern Cohort.
  • Support interview scheduling, offer coordination, and program logistics.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive intern experience.
Reporting & Process Tracking
  • Maintain staffing metrics and quarterly recruiting reports, including time-to-fill and year-to-date hiring data.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Internship or professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources required.
  • Experience with in the fashion or apparel industry preferred.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably ADP Lyric.
  • Experience using Linked In Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a strong service mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Pay Range

$55,000 per year
