Recruiter, Talent Manager

Spot & Tango is an innovative pet health & wellness brand that delivers personalized meal plans on a subscription basis. Our recipes are developed by leading animal nutritionists, and are made with only real, human-grade ingredients... and nothing artificial! We have lofty goals (to make every dog in the country healthier, and every pet parent happier!) and we are looking for the right people to help us get there.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a VC-backed, high-growth, e-commerce startup and have an outsized impact in an extremely fast-paced environment. Plus, you get to think about dogs all day!

We’re looking for a Recruiter to support the continued growth of our HQ team. This role can be based out of our New York HQ or remote (US based).

In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers across Customer Experience, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Product & Data to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while building strong, diverse pipelines.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building relationships, moving quickly, and helping teams hire thoughtfully and efficiently.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, define profiles, and manage timelines
• Source and engage candidates through Linked In, referrals, job boards, and creative outreach
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, debriefs, and next steps
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer
• Manage offers, compensation alignment, and candidate communications
• Track pipelines, recruiting metrics, and hiring progress in our ATS

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house preferred; agency experience a plus)
• Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including hourly and salaried roles
• Experience using Greenhouse and Linked In Recruiter as daily tools to source, engage, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
  
  Strong sourcing skills and confident candidate communicator
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles at once
• Collaborative partner who builds trust quickly with hiring managers
• Excited to work at a fast-paced company
• Dog lover is a plus!
