HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering consultative, high-touch recruitment support to internal departments and leadership. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while building strong talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and contribute to broader recruitment and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate pipelines, and status tracking within the applicant tracking system.

  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates to support future hiring needs.

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and qualifications.

  • Post and promote open positions using a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including recruitment campaigns, career events, and referral initiatives.

  • Collaborate with external sourcing partners such as educational institutions, professional associations, and industry networks.

  • Communicate professionally and timely with candidates, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.

  • Prepare and share recruitment metrics and updates as needed.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience within a large or fast-paced organization preferred.

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with a strong customer-service mindset.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily sedentary role involving sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking or standing.

  • May require lifting or carrying items up to 10 pounds occasionally.
