Talent Manager
Our client, a storied private investment firm known for its exceptional people and reputation, is seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to join their high-performance team. Working broadly across corporate and general operations roles, as well as in identifying asset and wealth management talent, this is a multifaced, full cycle role. Reporting into a dynamic senior leader, this hire will have excellent access across the leadership level and work closely alongside specialists in multiple business and revenue functions.
Exceptional relationship management and a knack for building positive rapport will predict success, as will a keen eye for market trends and the ability to craft bespoke search processes.
You’ll perform full life‑cycle recruitment, up to executive levels, and spanning business areas including Asset and Wealth Management and Operations/Infrastructure areas. Working closely with HR, you’ll also have the chance to drive hiring strategy and processes. Strong sourcing skills are a must, as well as knowledge of technology and the latest strategies to source hard to find talent.
Requirements- A minimum of 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience within relevant corporate financial services settings, hiring experienced talent.
- Experience sourcing and hiring asset and wealth management professionals.
- A preferred minimum of 8 overall years of relevant work, with a robust amount of experience crafting and negotiating compensation packages with relevant stakeholders and handling the full offer and acceptance process.
- Strong ATS knowledge and comfort with MS Office suite (strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- 3 days per week in office required.
