The Role

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Work directly with high-growth, Series A-funded technology companies
• Source, engage and interview high-calibre candidates at mid and senior levels
• Shadow experienced consultants in client meetings and hiring strategy discussions
• Develop consultative sales skills and deliver market insights to clients
• Progress quickly through a structured training and promotion framework

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or a performance-driven environment
• Confident communication skills and comfortable building relationships face-to-face
