Position Summary: The Corporate Director of Benefits & HR Systems leads the strategy and execution of employee benefits, state and federal leaves of absence, and HR systems across the organization. This role ensures compliant, efficient, and scalable HR operations while delivering a consistent and positive associate experience. The Director partners closely with HR leadership, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors.
Responsibilities- Benefits, 401(k) & Leaves: Oversee all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and vendor relationships, including renewals and open enrollment
- Lead benefit setup and transitions for newly onboarded or transitioning hotels
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits and leave regulations
- Serve as the escalation point for complex state and federal leave-of-absence cases
- Manage ADA accommodation requests and oversee the interactive process
- HR Systems & Data: Own HRIS, benefits, and timekeeping platforms, including data integrity, reporting, and integrations
- Lead system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements
- HR Operations & Compliance: Establish and maintain HR operational policies, procedures, and documentation
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives
- Financial Oversight & Partnership: Reconcile benefit invoices and partner with Finance to manage billing, payments, and discrepancies
- Leadership & Partnership: Partner with Corporate and field HR teams to ensure consistent execution;
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners;
Work with vendors to ensure enrollment is flawless
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, benefits, leave, and HR systems, including senior-level responsibility
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration, leave laws, and HR compliance
- Proven experience leading vendors, HR systems, and open enrollment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Multi-location or hospitality experience preferred

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
