As the Senior Manager of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal, hands-on role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture, and attract top talent. You’ll lead initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and compensation and benefits, ensuring that our people practices support a dynamic and innovative environment.
This role involves advising, collaborating with stakeholders, and coordinating activities related to recruiting, payroll support, benefits, compliance, and other aspects of human resource management.
