HR Manager / People Operations role with a well-established, mission-driven professional services firm.
This is a true hands-on generalist position reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, with ownership across payroll (ADP), benefits and leave administration, people operations, and compliance. The role also includes mentoring a small HR team and serving as a key partner to leadership on day-to-day employee matters.
Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH), competitive compensation, and strong visibility across the organization. Ideal for someone with 7–10 years of HR generalist experience who enjoys being close to the work while having influence and autonomy.
