Employer Engagement and Assessment Administrator
OverviewThe NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development at the School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking an Employer Engagement and Assessment Administrator. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team engaged in critical activities that support professional and meaningful internship/job opportunities for SPS students and alumni.
Responsibilities- Oversee Center operations related to employer/industry relations.
- Cultivate and strengthen positive employer/industry relationships and serve as a point of contact for employer inquiries with top customer service to stakeholders.
- Create and drive strategies for employer relations engagement domestically and globally.
- Execute programs and events such as career fairs, industry networking forums, and corporate presentations.
- Analyze data, prepare and present reports, manage marketing materials, and strategize social media and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain employer engagement tracking in the unit-wide CRM system.
- Assist in implementing and managing assessments for employers and students, and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Required
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience: 2+ years in career services, student personnel, human resources, recruitment, admissions or related field and equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience implementing programs and developing partnerships.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with MS Office, Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign).
