Overview
Adecco Creative is partnering with an iconic NYC Fashion Brand to recruit for a Sr. Recruiter role. This position will be a hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan and ongoing contract.
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience to support hiring across a wide range of business functions. This role requires a strategic, hands-on recruiter who can partner closely with hiring managers, understand diverse talent markets, and deliver high-quality candidates across multiple disciplines.
The ideal candidate has recruited across corporate, technical, and operational roles, and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles, including but not limited to:
Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, Supply Chain, and IT - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Conduct intake meetings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers through close
- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, networking, ATS, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring timelines
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on hiring strategies, interview best practices, and candidate selection
- Ensure alignment between recruitment practices and overall business goals
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Represent the company brand and culture consistently in all candidate interactions
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a generalist or multi-functional recruiting role
- Proven experience recruiting across a broad range of functions, to include IT
- Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring best practices
- Strong organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to assess talent across diverse roles and skill sets
- Adaptable, proactive, and proven ability to handle ambiguity
