Informational Presentation -
Responsibilities- Truly lead the function of talent acquisition: from grassroots funnel management to optimizing applicant tracking systems
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Be a trusted partner with hiring managers and department heads to define recruitment strategies and deeply understand job requirements and team needs.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Proven ability to learn while executing
- Communication: This should come naturally to you.
- Partnership: Demonstrate natural tendencies to partnership as it is the vital lifeline to success
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below. Please note that this salary information refers to the amount Hickory is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
