Human Resources Payroll Manager

This dual-role position supports the Human Resources department by coordinating HR functions and managing payroll operations. It ensures accurate employee compensation, compliance with labor laws, and smooth HR processes from onboarding to benefits administration.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and changes
• Support performance review cycles and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain payroll records and ensure proper deductions (taxes, benefits, etc.)
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee pay issues
• Prepare payroll reports for finance and management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Coordinate with accounting for journal entries and audits

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in HR and/or payroll administration
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations
