* What you’ll do:

* * Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate and retail functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination.
* Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation.
* Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners by understanding team needs and aligning on candidate profiles for both creative and operational roles.
* Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, guiding candidates through each stage with professionalism and care.
* Maintain accurate records and data integrity across recruitment systems to support compliance and streamline processes.
* Contribute to sourcing strategy by using creative outreach techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple job families.
* Assist with high-volume hiring needs, identifying and engaging candidates to support team and business growth.
* Act as a brand ambassador and exemplify our values – upholding our employer brand.
** You’ll Need to Have:
*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* 2–3 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market
* Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing
* Excellent communication – both written and verbal
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* An organized approach to your work
