Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and customer-focused Recruiter II to join our global recruiting organization. In this role, you will recruit, interview, check references, make offers, and conduct orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
You will need to be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the recruitment field and rely on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, and you may lead and direct the work of others. You will typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Engage qualified candidates for various technical positions using multiple sourcing techniques.
- Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables, and timelines.
- Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.
- Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.
- 4-8 years of experience in high volume sourcing; agency preferred.
- Heavy call/email experience.
- Previous experience/knowledge in Boolean searches.
- Recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of high volume recruiting experience, especially for Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electrician, and Engineering Techs.
- 3+ years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
- Targeted sourcing capability utilizing a combination of tech-focused tools and resources.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment.
This position requires you to work on-site 5 days a week in one of the following locations:
New York, NY;
Arlington, VA;
Seattle, WA; or San Diego, CA. You will be joining a new sourcing team within a dynamic environment, supporting Data Center hiring. There is a high chance of extension and the possibility to convert to full-time employment.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.00 - $54.00/hr.
