Our New York office is expanding, and we’re seeking a motivated, commercially minded 360‑desk Recruiter with expertise in the Financial Services market to join our growing team.
The OpportunityAs a 360‑desk Recruiter, you will own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—developing new business, managing existing client relationships, sourcing top-tier talent, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions within the Financial Services sector. You ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the New York market while benefiting from the support, brand equity, and global reach of The SR Group.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and grow a 360-recruitment desk focused on Financial Services clients (e.g., banks, asset managers, hedge funds, fintechs, private equity firms).
- Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, search strategy, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and placement.
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce trends, and market challenges.
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience to both clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate reporting, pipeline management, and performance data in our internal systems.
- Represent The SR Group at industry events, networking sessions, and market round tables.
- Contribute to team culture, collaboration, and growth initiatives.
- Experience operating a 360-recruitment desk within the Financial Services sector (agency or search firm experience required).
- Strong business development skills and a track record of winning, managing, and growing client accounts.
- Demonstrated success placing mid to senior-level talent within FS verticals (e.g., front office, operations, finance, risk, compliance, technology, legal, tax, HR, or similar).
- A commercially driven mindset with the ability to build high-value relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and energized by a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
