Overview
At 3pXGroup we are seeking an excellent 360 Recruiter with sales / go to market (GTM) experience to join our top performing New York Team! This would be a HOT DESK. We have great relationships with leading consulting companies and there is demand for GTM hires from about 60 consulting/software vendor clients who often request sales people. This means there is a big opportunity to actively open up the GTM side of these partners.
You would be working within our Codex Brand, the market area 3pX Group was founded upon — a network built up for over 13 years and building on the work of two top performers globally.
This is an opportunity to further develop your craft while benefiting from 1:1 coaching and mentoring from 3pX s CRO and consistent $1.3 million biller.
What we want from you:
- History of success and development working as a Recruitment Consultant within a technical market
- Record of successful New Business Development (360 Recruiting expertise)
- Embody our values: continuous improvement, tenacity, accountability, integrity, zeal, unity
- Experience recruiting sales professionals in the GTM market is beneficial but not essential
