Responsibilities
Ensures the Recruitment Team management and engagement, being responsible for the recruitment projects for IT divisions, while handling relationship with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Specifically, the Recruitment Team Leader will be required to:
- Manage from an operational point of view the Recruitment Team of GSGSC Romania by:
- Assigning recruitment projects to team members in an efficient and balanced way in order to maximize the recruitment capacity delivery;
- Ensuring the team polyvalence and back-up of resources in order to offer continuity in the activity;
- Prioritizing with hiring managers and Recruiters the recruitment needs, on a recurrent basis;
- Maintaining and developing the “know how” of the team members and facilitating best practice sharing within the team;
- Driving the relationship with business stakeholders in order to reach recruitment targets as per the business objectives;
- Coming up with innovative and out of the box ideas, in order to revamp the recruitment process and to respond appropriately to the current and future employment market challenges;
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the BPO/SSC & banking industry and by providing market insights to relevant stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners;
- Contributing to the development, review and implementation of policies and procedures to meet organisational and operational efficiency needs;
- Ensure the process compliance to company and Group procedures and policies;
- Monitor recurrently the process performance through different KPIs in order to reach operational excellence and to improve the results;
- Creating and developing an appropriate climate for expression, participation and contribution to the recruitment goals’ attainment;
- Motivating the team members in order to reach their professional individual objectives, as well as those of the team;
- Continuous mentoring and coaching on the technical area, as well as in the soft skills area for the team members;
- Career counselling and professional development by involving the team members in different activities and projects.
- Bachelor degree in Organizational Psychology/Economics;
- Proven experience and knowledge of the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including best practice approaches in line with current industry benchmarks;
- Deep understanding of Romanian landscape IT recruitment market (specific recruitment channels like referral, handling the relationship with specific suppliers - recruitment agencies);
- Previous experience in leading and coaching a team of Recruiters through the recruitment lifecycle (specifically on the BPO industry, being highly appreciated);
- Knowledge of sourcing methods and different sourcing & recruitment channels;
- Employer branding expertise – would be a plus;
- English – good level (spoken & written);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor the message according to different stakeholders’ levels;
- Collaborative approach within the team and with others stakeholders and colleagues;
- Combined approach of people and results orientation;
- Dynamic and flexible attitude;
- Business acumen.
