Workday Payroll & Time Functional Consultant
Duration: Long Term
Location: Hybrid (1–2 days onsite weekly,
as needed
We are seeking a consultant to lead implementations of Workday Payroll and/or Symplr Workforce Time & Attendance or Kronos, providing expertise across configuration, testing, and deployment.
Required
Skills & Experience:
- Four (4) - seven (7) years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or not-for-profit environments
- More than 4 years of experience in a full cycle implementation of Workday Payroll and or a Symplr / Workday Time and Attendance system.
- Expert in Payroll and Time & Attendance domain as a functional resource. Example:
Proficient in payroll tax compliance, Wage and Hour laws, Overtime requirements, etc. - Good understanding of payroll data and reporting in Workday / Symplr time and attendance system.
- Experience with Functional Design, Configuration, Test case preparation, Test execution and remediation, end user training, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and should be able to represent the function with stakeholders.
- Creating test scripts, managing a Workday Change/Time & Attendance system (from start to finish).
