We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and is passionate about building exceptional teams from the ground up. In this role you will partner closely with our senior recruiting team to source top talent across Engineering, Product, and Design, while also contributing to our employer brand and presence in the tech community.

• Support sourcing efforts for technical roles by identifying and engaging candidates through job boards, Linked In, and other channels.
• Screen inbound applicants for qualifications and role alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruiting systems.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional throughout the process.
• Assist in tracking recruiting metrics and preparing reports.
• Represent Norm AI with professionalism and enthusiasm, supporting employer‑brand initiatives.

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer.
• Proven ability to attract top talent across Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for building processes from scratch.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail when tracking candidates and updating ATS/CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Based in NYC and comfortable working in a hybrid model.

• Experience hiring in AI, ML, or Legal Tech.
• Background at an early‑stage, venture‑backed startup.
• Familiarity with Ashby.

$90,000‑$120,000 a year plus equity. The range displayed here reflects the minimum and maximum target for new‑hire salary for this position. Individual pay is determined by factors such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation reflects base salary only and does not include equity or benefits. We offer a competitive salary, equity, a 401(k) plan with employer match, top‑tier health, dental, hospital, accident and vision coverage, relocation reimbursement for NYC candidates, and a flexible hybrid model (typically 3–4 days a week in office).
