We’re partnering with a high-growth private-markets fintech at a critical scaling point to hire a Manager or Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition focused on Fund Administration hiring.
This is a true player-coach role—designed for someone who enjoys staying close to execution while leading a high-performing recruiting team in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment.
About the RoleFund Administration hiring is not transactional. It’s high-volume, referral-led, and judgment-heavy, supporting professionals across Fund Accounting, Investor Services, Treasury/Compliance, and Reporting & Analytics, aligned to Private Equity, Private Credit, Commercial Real Estate, and Venture Capital.
You’ll partner directly with senior leaders, influence how teams are built, and help scale an organization that’s growing quickly—without losing hiring quality or culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead recruiting strategy for a large, growing Fund Administration organization
- Manage and develop a team of 4 recruiters
- Operate in a player-coach model (owning 5–6 active roles personally)
- Partner with senior business leaders on workforce planning and prioritization
- Navigate evergreen pipelines, referrals, and rapid‑scale hiring scenarios
- Balance speed, quality, diversity, and candidate experience
- Challenge hiring managers thoughtfully when trade‑offs are required
You’ll likely bring:
- 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing and developing recruiters
- Background hiring within financial services, fund services, accounting, or adjacent domains
- Comfort recruiting across junior through senior IC populations
- A high-achieving, low-ego mindset—no job is “beneath” you
- Confidence to operate in ambiguity and move fast when needed
- High visibility and impact in a scaling business
- Close partnership with senior leadership
- Autonomy to shape how Fund Administration hiring is delivered
