People Operations Leader

Location: Pearl River

* Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client groups across multiple locations.
* Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
* Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and recruitment coordination.
* Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, and learning programs.
* Manage HR data integrity and reporting through HRIS systems.
* Assist in change management and communication strategies for organizational initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience (5+ years) across core HR functions
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge of state and federal labor laws
* Strong influencing skills.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
* Capable of multitasking and managing competing priorities.
