Compensation / Reward Manager
We are currently partnering with a global professional services organisation, who are looking for a Compensation / Reward Manager to join their team in New York.
This individual will be working closely with the Head of Compensation to support the delivery of core compensation activity across the organisation, including:
- Supporting annual compensation cycles, salary reviews and market adjustments
- Delivering benchmarking and market analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Supporting job leveling, internal equity and pay analysis
- Providing compensation input into offers and business discussions
- Producing compensation reporting and analysis to support stakeholders
- Experience in a compensation / reward role within a corporate environment
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience supporting compensation cycles and market benchmarking
- Comfortable operating independently and contributing ideas in a fast-paced environment
- Confident engaging with HR and business stakeholders on compensation topics
