Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant

What are we looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced and driven
Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR team. This role will focus primarily on hiring Go-To-Market (GTM) roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) in the US, while collaborating closely with global stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, primarily in the US market
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth HR and behavioral interviews
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, align on hiring plans, and deliver results
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes
- Contribute to scaling and optimizing Apono’s global talent acquisition practices
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a startup / high-tech environment –
must - Proven experience hiring GTM roles in the US market –
must - Strong sourcing capabilities and pipeline‑building expertise
- Experience conducting structured behavioral interviews
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams
- Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑growing startup environment
