Our client is a boutique financial services organization that is currently looking for a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to join their Human Resources team in New York. The role involves working closely with a global (but lean) Early Careers team and acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders.

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines for campus recruitment programs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, and communication with candidates.
• Administer and track personality and aptitude tests.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Support recruiters with ad hoc administrative tasks and process improvements.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Collaborate with global team members to align on timelines and deliverables.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to manage evolving processes and adapt to evolving workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience in administration, recruitment coordination, or HR is a plus (no campus recruitment experience is required).
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
